EC-Expo 2008…offers our Product Training Seminar suppliers, Friday presenters, exhibitors, wireless guest speakers, media partners, industry on-line trade groups and non-profit organizations the following sponsorship opportunities. All quotes below are estimates based on 2006 attendance.

Wednesday, 1/16 & Thursday, 1/17

Continental Breakfast - (SOLD FOR 11/17) to all the registered morning attendees (8am-11am) for the 3 or 4 Meeting Rooms

Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $ 12.50 – 16.50 per person (depending on the menu selected), $ 2500 – 3300 total cost (based on 200 registered attendees)

Marketing Return: Your company signage in each of the 3 or 4 meeting rooms, indicating “Continental breakfast is brought to you by:” along with your firm’s business cards, brochures, data sheets, product training presentation times, booth exhibit number & lead inquiry card/deposit box at the breakfast table per meeting room. There will be a Hutton/Electro-Comm rep, at the table, facilitating the lead inquiries.

Boxed Cold Lunch – to all the registered afternoon attendees (11am-5pm) for the 3 or 4 Meeting Rooms

Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $ 17.50 per person (may select up to 3 different boxed lunches), $ 3500 total cost (based on 200 registered attendees)

Menu Choice: TBA

Marketing Return: Your company signage in each of the 3 or 4 meeting rooms, indicating “Lunch is brought to you by:” along with your firm’s business cards, brochures, data sheets, product training presentation times, & booth exhibit number & inquiry card/deposit box at the lunch table per meeting room. Afternoon Snacks & Beverages – to all the registered afternoon attendees (2pm-5pm) for the 3 or 4 Meeting Rooms

Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $ 11.50 – 12.75 per person (choice of 4 different snack/beverage options), $ 2300 –2550 total cost (based on 200 registered attendees)

Evening Hospitality (SOLD FOR 11/16 and 1/17) to all registered attendees ONLY (5-7pm) for the 3 day conference. Located in the prefunction area in front of Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall on the Banquet level.

Open Host Bar cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $17.50 per person, for two hour event (+ $75 bartender charge). Drink Menu: Prem. brands, wine, beer, soft drinks, juice, bottled waters

Total Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $4575 (includes $3575 bar tab & $1000 for food platters 2-4)

Special Food Platters, price estimates to be provided.

Marketing Return: Your company signage in the Prefunction Area in front of Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall, indicating “This hospitality is brought to you by:” along with your firm’s business cards, brochures, data sheets, product training presentation times, booth exhibit number & inquiry card/deposit box in the area. Designated personnel, from your firm & Hutton/Electro-Comm, will meet, socialize & sell attendees on the benefits of your firm’s products & solutions.

Friday, 1/18:

Continental Breakfast - to all the registered morning attendees (9am-12pm) for the 1 hour presentations in Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall.

Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $ 12.50 – 16.50 per person (depending on the menu selected), $ 2500 – 3300 total cost (based on 200 registered attendees)

Marketing Return: Your company signage in Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall, indicating “Continental breakfast is brought to you by:” along with your firm’s business cards, brochures, data sheets, booth exhibit number & lead inquiry card/deposit box at the breakfast table per meeting room. There will be a Hutton/Electro-Comm rep, at the table, facilitating the lead inquiries.

Exhibit Hall Buffet Lunch – to all the registered attendees ONLY for the three (3) day conference. Served, from 12-1pm, in the center of the 90'x80' (7200) Sq. foot exhibit hall (see “Exhibit Hall Diagram” under Exhibitor List or Schedule). There will be enough seating for fourteen 6' Diameter tables or 10 people per table for a total seating of 140. Spill over seating (tables, chairs, couches) will also be in the Prefunction Area directly in front of the Exhibit Hall.

Cost estimate based on 2006 pricing: $ 25.00 per person (may select up to 5 different lunch buffets), $ 5000 total cost (based on 200 registered attendees)

Marketing Return: Your company signage in Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall indicating “Lunch is brought to you by:” along with your firm’s business cards, booth exhibit number & inquiry card/deposit box at each lunch table. A representative from your firm will be able to make a 15-30 minute presentation about your company, in the exhibit hall, while attendees eat. There will be Hutton/Electro-Comm reps, assigned to specific tables, facilitating the lead inquiries.

Afternoon Snacks & Beverages – to all the registered afternoon attendees (1pm-4pm) for Meeting Rooms A, B & the Exhibit Hall.
